Riesling

Bursting with ripe fruit and floral aromatics, this mineral driven, off-dry riesling is called ‘Feinherb’ in German. Our masterful winemaker, mentor and grower, Eckehart Groehl, produces the wine with earth friendly farming and native fermentation in stainless with brief skin contact.

Winemaking: Early harvest with a slow, cold fermentation, arrested with a little residual sugar
