Ingredients:
1 Btl of Sakonnet Vineyards Port Wine
1 box of Brownie Mix
Cocoa Powder
Procedure:
Use any type of store bought brownie mix. The more chocolate in the brownie mix the better! Use every ingredient the brownie mix calls for EXCEPT the water. Instead, replace the water with port (use the same serving stated on the box). Mix everything together and put the brownie mix in the pan. Preheat the oven to the designated temperature on the box and once the ovens ready place the pan in the oven and cook the amount of time on the box. Keep an eye on the brownies, once they look nice and gooey and cooked take them out. The gooey brownie is the best part! Scoop out the brownie with a small spoon or roll the brownie into a small truffle. Sprinkle a little cocoa powder and more port if you'd like and VOILA, you have made your very own Sakonnet Port Truffle!
