Sakonnet Vineyards is situated on 115 acres of beautifully manicured grounds just 30 minutes outside of Newport, RI. The breathtaking waterviews, beautiful sunsets and evenings filled with stars create the perfect place to celebrate the most important day of your life.
Fees for Facility/Property Rental Grounds only for event:

Sakonnet Site Rental Fees Tasting Room/Wine Deck During business hours (when available): $100 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
After close of business: May thru October: 6:30 - 10pm November thru April: 5:30 – 10pm $250/hour (minimum of 2 hours) $15 per hour for tasting room employee Caterers can start set-up ½ hour after daily closing time. Kitchen facilities may be available during winter season. Tasting Room furniture and displays are not removable.
Far Meadow Property $2500 Sakonnet House Property $4500
The rental fee for the Far Meadow and Sakonnet House is for 7-hours of usage on-site. This includes caterer set up, decoration preparation, photography, reception, and caterer break-down and clean up. One hour rehearsal time can be arranged if the ceremony is to be held at Sakonnet Vineyards. No indoor areas are accessible after business hours.
Portable toilets are required for all outside events.
Bookings/Contracts/Cancellations: All dates are tentative unless reserved with a 50% deposit. We reserve the right to hold no date(s) without a deposit and signed contract. Deposits are non-refundable unless notified in writing of cancellation within 60 days from contract execution. For cancellations within 60 days from contract execution your deposit is refundable with the exception of the $600.00 security deposit. Deposits are not transferable to other dates or events.
Sakonnet Vineyard Services:
We furnish you with on-site parking, electricity and water. Sakonnet Vineyards provides a list of vendors to assist you with your event (caterers, florists, musicians, photographers, port-a-jons, etc.). ABC is the tent provider for Sakonnet Vineyards. If we have overlooked your favorite vendor, please bring it to our attention.
Hours:
Sakonnet Vineyards is available April through October. No parties may go beyond 10pm and will not exceed 7 hours including set up, event, breakdown. Please speak with a coordinator for more detail.
Beverages:
Only Sakonnet Wine may be served and and must be provided by Sakonnet Vineyards. Any other alcohol may be provided through your caterer.
